Follow the A27 eastbound to Chichester. Remaining on the A27 Chichester bypass turn right at the second roundabout, on to the A286 signposted to Witterings. Remain on this road for approximately 4 miles and then take a left turn at the mini roundabout, signposted to Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering. This is the B2198, Bell Lane. Follow the A27 westbound to Chichester. Remaining on the A27 Chichester bypass, turn left at the fourth roundabout onto the A286, signposted to the Witterings. Follow the A286 Chichester ring road southwards until you reach the A27 roundabout. Go straight on, staying on the A286. Remain on this road for approximately 4 miles and then take a left turn at the mini roundabout, signposted to Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering. This is the B2198, Bell Lane.
